• To start a decade-long, nationwide movement that will advance the Vietnamese American community in all three sectors: public, business and social;
• To rally resources, talents, and partnership for political empowerment, economic development and community building of local Vietnamese American communities; and
• To prepare the next corps of effective and ethical community leaders.
