Khanh Le


Khanh Le is the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) Fellow in the Office of Congressman Michael Honda (CA-15) where he manages Civil Rights and Education taskforces. Khanh assists Congressman Honda with executing Asian American and Pacific Islander initiatives for the 30 CAPAC member caucus. He advises Congressman Honda on legislative issues including campaign finance, election and voting and animal rights.

Prior to coming to the Hill, Khanh worked for the City of Portland to develop civil engagement programs and strategies to outreach and increase participation of minority communities. In addition, as a community and family engagement coordinator for the Portland Public School District, he outreached and promoted engagement of Vietnamese and Latino families in the education system. He has experience with international development through working with non-governmental agencies in Mexico on environmental sustainability.

Khanh holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and a Master’s in Public Policy from Oregon State University.
