Ann Trandai

Ann attended Illinois Institute of Technology and received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees in electrical engineering before working at Motorola for 14 years. She began her real estate career in residential in 2004 and later entered commercial real estate in 2005. She was a broker associate at Re/max Showcase in Lake Forest, then Re/max 1st Class in Skokie. In 2006, she received an Asian American Hall of Fame award in Business and Community Service. In June 2007, she was one of the top 20 Re/max Northern IL commercial brokers. Last year, she opened her own office - Trandai Realty - Commercial Real Estate and Investment in the Uptown area of Chicago. She sits on several professional boards in the Chicago area.

Ann also served as a Vice President for the Vietnamese Association of Illinois for 4 years and currently is an advisor. For the Asian American community, she is a board director for OCA, a national organization dedicated to advancing the social political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the U.S. She is the first Asian American Women in Commercial Real Estate Business Owner in Chicago to earn the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member.
