Ann Hoang-Fogliani

Ann Hoang-Fogliani is a recognized expert on building ethnic coalitions and maximizing their political power. In her role as Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs for both APAPA (Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association) and Yin McDonald's, Ann has built strong relationships in the political and business world.

Ann Hoang-Fogliani has served as a partner at Fogliani Strategies, emphasizing public affairs and ethnic coalition building. She also served as Campaign Manager for Assemblyman Bill Berryhill in his 2008 race. Before her arrival at Fogliani Strategies, she served as a Senior Account Manager at Meridian Pacific handling the company's telephone communications division and became the Director of Operations when the division was renamed Cardinal Communications.

Before her time at Meridian Pacific, Ann was a Senior Research Analyst for the Assembly Republican Caucus at the Strategic Information Services Department. In this role, Ann wrote and designed reports that focused on demographics and statistical research for the caucus.

She began her political career in Sacramento as an Associate at Strategic Communication Services where she worked under Leslie Goodman.

As a Board Member for SSBAG (South Sacramento Business Alliance Group), Capitol Director for AAGG (Asian Americans for Good Government) and as a member of the Business Advisory Board for OCA (Organization of Chinese Americans), Ann is deeply involved in her community at many levels.

Ann lives in Elk Grove with her husband Carl and have two children, Carlton III and William.
